Cops: Man uses cat and tuna story in home invasion robbery

He advised the lady his cat bumped into her yard and wanted a can of tuna to lure it out, police say.

Because the sixty eight-yr-previous lady went inside to get the tuna, police say the person adopted her inside after which tied her and one other individual up. Police say he used the ruse to steal gadgets from the house her residence on the 4500 block of West Park Street and left on a bicycle.

It was not clear what he was capable of take when he used the story to get inside at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday .

On Monday, Hollywood police say by way of “bodily proof” they recognized the person as Robert Nolan Younger, forty nine.

Younger, who police say has a warrant for grand theft in a Miramar case, now has a warrant on two counts of kidnapping and one rely of house invasion theft.

Each victims have been taken to Memorial Regional Hospital and have been handled and launched.
