Army spokesman Lt. Col. Jonathan Conricus says Sunday the 1.5-kilometer (1-mile) lengthy tunnel ran beneath the Kerem Shalom border crossing, Gaza’s most important level of humanitarian help, and beneath strategic fuel and gasoline pipelines.
