Police on Wednesday arrested a person needed in a 2016 Christmas Day shooting in York the place he allegedly pistol-whipped the sufferer then shot him within the leg.

Axel Omar Pena-Reyes, 23, of the primary block of East King Road, Ephrata, was taken into custody when police encountered him whereas serving a search warrant at a York house.
