Sept. 24 (UPI) — Authorities in Australia stated they arrested a person caught on digital camera clinging to the again of a rushing practice ext to a serious street.

A video captured by Chantelle Stone and posted to Facebook exhibits a person holding onto the again of a rushing commuter practice Saturday because it traverses the tracks subsequent to the Mitchell Freeway in Perth, Western Australia.
