Boynton Seashore Police recognized Melissa Lavell because the woman who was fatally struck by the Brightline practice Friday night time.
Witnesses informed police it appeared that the 31-yr-previous Boynton Seashore lady was crossing the tracks in Boynton Seashore after the guard rails have been down and was on the tracks because the practice approached.
