SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) – The Nationwide Weather Service has issued a Flood Advisory for the San Francisco Bay Area and the Santa Cruz Mountains Wednesday afternoon.
The advisory will stay in effect till 8:forty five p.m. Wednesday night.
The heaviest rainfall is predicted to hit the region from about 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., in response to KRON4’s Meteorologists.
Excessive runoff from heavy rain might trigger flooding of small creeks and streams, city areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
Do not try and drive across flooded roadways.
