SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) – The lady who is accusing former 49er, Reuben Foster of domestic violence, says he slapped her and pushed her throughout an altercation in Florida that led to his arrest.
KRON4’s Dan Kerman spoke with Elissa Ennis, who says the group tried to discredit her when she referred to as Tampa police in November.
Ennis claims that when officers arrived on the lodge, the 49ers spoke to police first.
“They have been saying, ‘this is identical woman who lied on the stand about him earlier than,'” she claims. “‘She’s making an attempt to wreck his profession. That is his ex-girlfriend.'”
In a press release, the group stated:
“The 49ers absolutely cooperated with authorities, assisted in locating Mr. Foster and by no means impeded their investigation.”
Nevertheless, Ennis is not buying it. She stated the Washington Redskins choosing up Foster after his most recent arrest for allegedly abusing her is simply indication the NFL does not get it.
